Shipping Policy
At Princes Sora Skincare, we strive to deliver your products quickly and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for orders over $50; a flat rate of $5 for orders below $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $30 flat rate.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your shipment in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Princes Sora Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@princessoraskincare.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
